90-day return window
You have 90 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.
Conditions
Items must be unused, with original tags attached, in original packaging (where applicable), and free of wear, washing, or scent. Intimate/hygiene items may be excluded from returns for sanitary reasons.
How to request a return
- Email ab.ambrystore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send return instructions within 2 business days.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe within 10 business days of approval. Total time from request to funds received may take 15–30 days depending on return shipping transit.
Damaged, incorrect, or defective items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We offer a full refund or free replacement, usually without requiring you to ship the item back.
Order cancellation
Orders can be canceled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase confirmation, as long as they haven't yet been processed for shipping.
UK/EU customers
In addition to our 90-day policy, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This is in addition to, not a replacement for, our extended return policy.
